Waitlist
Children can be enrolled from conception. A waiting list fee of $50 (including GST) is payable in order to secure your child’s name on the waiting list and is non-refundable.
Once you have been notified of a place for your child, there is a deposit (bond) of two weeks fees to be paid. This will be refunded in your child’s last 4-week account.

Fees for 2012
For 3-5 year olds the fee is $119 per day.
For 2-3 year olds the fee is $111 per day.
Fees are payable by cheque or cash or can be deposited directly into the Beehive Bank account. Parents will be issued with a monthly account which they will find in their child’s pigeon hole. Fees are to be paid in the first week of the month. Non-payment of fees for 2 weeks will result in your child’s place being declared vacant.
Childcare Assistance
All families are entitled to apply to Centrelink for Child Care Benefit (CCB) and Child Care Rebate (CCR). CCB is based on Assessed Family Income (AFI), therefore you must provide proof of your income to Centrelink. CCR is based on work/study requirements for both parents and similarly these must be provided to Centrelink. Once Centrelink has completed its assessment, it will provide you with an assessment notice – in most circumstances you will be required to provide Beehive with a copy of this notice. Each week, if eligible, Beehive will be sent your CCB Fee Reduction and/or CCR Payment to be applied to your statement. It is the responsibility of families to fill out the necessary forms with Centrelink and to update their assessment every 12 months, or when there are any changes to the family income or work status. If you do not obtain a CCB/CCR Assessment, full fees will be charged.
