"I currently have two children enrolled at Wahroonga Beehive, and I cannot say enough about how impressed I am. More than just a preschool, Beehive has built an amazing community that supports both students and parents.
My husband and I have benefited from many of the parenting programs run by the centre, and my children love their wide-ranging education programs and the many other external functions organised for them. The comprehensive portfolio developed for each of my children provides me with a detailed record of these wonderful early years, and the ‘daily class book’ helps me to talk with my children on what they have been up to.
Both my children and I have built strong friendships through Beehive and I would (and have!!) recommend Beehive to anyone looking for a quality, caring preschool for their children."

"My eldest daughter has attended Wahroonga Beehive for the last two years and it is a childcare centre that I could not recommend more highly. From the friendly nature and enthusiasm of all the staff, to the clean, safe and beautifully laid out facilities it makes for the perfect pre-school experience. We have been particularly happy with the curriculum and the centres attention to learning as well as fun. We were amazed when while at the dinner table Grace (3.5yrs) said "listen to what I learnt at Kindy today" and proceeded to count from 1 to 10 in French. Another favourite she came home with was "You get what you get and you don't feel upset." She has gained a love for letters and writing and even told me the other day what type of cloud was in the sky above us! They learn from a whole range of topics which enhances their understanding about the world around them. The kindy year is filled with different events and special occasions that support their current topics and that also involve both parents, siblings and Grandparents. There is a rich community feel to the centre.
With out a doubt one of the most impressive parts of the centre is the communication. I always feel like I know what is going on which makes for a well-prepared and happy three year old. At the end of everyday each room has a scrap book on display with photos of the kids from that day, what they did, what they learnt, songs they sung etc. That is so helpful in prompting conversation with your little one about their day. Also at the end of each term we get to take home our Childs Portfolio that the teachers put together. Like their own personal scrapbook these portfolios report on milestones from both fine and gross motor skill development, to language and relataionships. It is an outstanding way to see the broad range of activities they engage in each day at Kindy. "
